Children will love Pendley Manor with splash times in the swimming pool, welcome packs, plenty of indoor and outdoor activities, and 35 acres of land to explore.
With some added activities for adults alone, there’s never a dull moment at Pendley Manor.
All activities are open to hotel residents and non-residents. Please allow 48 hours for cancellations. No shows and cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full.

Archery And Crossbow
Have a go at this medieval hand to eye coordination sport, and allow your instructors to turn you into the next Robin Hood or Maid Marion, with some friendly competition between couples, families and friends. With a bit of practice, you will be hitting the bullseye in no time and playing a range of entertaining and unexpected games.
We instruct on a “one-to-one” basis, with each participant enjoying the safe guidance of our professional instructors. Each Archery lesson includes:

Axe Throwing Lessons
Set free your inner warrior hurling axes in the great outdoors. This medieval sport will guarantee satisfaction, it’s bags of fun and a great stress reliever.
Our experienced instructors will coach you in various throwing techniques, whilst keeping your safety paramount. This experience is suitable for complete beginners as well as the more experienced axe throwers. Under the expert eye of our axe throwing instructor, you will be shown how to hold and throw double side hatchets, hopefully scoring lots of points! Each Axe Throwing lesson includes:

Cake Making & Decorating
One of the best ways to have fun on weekends and holidays? Get busy baking. From beginners to those looking to take it up a notch, this family friendly activity is great to learn and take back home. After all, an apron is just a cape on backwards for our mini masterchefs. Our class includes:

Codebreaker Treasure Hunt
This specially designed treasure hunt will take your whole group around the Pendley Manor grounds. You don’t just solve the puzzles; you unravel a real detective story during your adventure with a prize waiting at the end.
